These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rad-roofing.com (the “Site”), operated by Rad Roofs, Inc. (“Rad Roofs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only — to learn about our roofing services and request an estimate or inspection. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.

2. Not a binding offer or contract

Information on the Site, including service descriptions and any pricing or financing references, is for general information only. It does not constitute a binding quote or contract. Any estimate is provided after an inspection and is subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Inspections, estimates & insurance claims

Roof conditions vary and can only be assessed through an in-person inspection. Final scope and price depend on that inspection. Where insurance claims are involved, Rad Roofs assists with documentation and communication, but we do not control and cannot guarantee an insurer’s coverage decision. 4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, photographs of our work, and design — is owned by or licensed to Rad Roofs and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as Google, Facebook, or the BBB). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Workmanship warranties on completed roofing projects are governed by your signed service agreement, not by these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rad Roofs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
